• Delivery to a “UkrPoshta” branch according to the carrier’s rates

Pickup from the “Pocket Store” shop

After placing your order on the website, you can pick it up at any Pocket Store location. Once your order is ready for pickup, you will receive an SMS notification.

The reservation period is 10 days.

You can collect your order at a convenient time during the mall’s working hours. Please provide the order number from the SMS upon collection.

If the product doesn’t meet your expectations, you can instantly exchange it for another accessory available in the store or receive an additional discount (discussed on the spot).

Delivery time to the “Pocket Store” shop is from 1 to 10 days after order confirmation.

Payment can be made in cash or by bank transfer.

Delivery to a “Nova Poshta” branch

Delivery cost: from 80 UAH

Delivery time: 1–3 days after order confirmation.

Payment options:

• Cash on delivery at a “Nova Poshta” branch;
• Bank transfer (full prepayment).

Cash-on-delivery fee: 20 UAH + 2% of the order value.

Parcels are stored at “Nova Poshta” branches for 7 working days free of charge.

Home delivery by “Nova Poshta” couriers

Delivery cost: from 105 UAH.

Payment is made directly to the courier upon receipt.

Delivery time: 1–3 days after order confirmation.

Delivery to a “Nova Poshta” parcel locker

Delivery cost: from 80 UAH

Delivery time: 1–3 days after order confirmation.

Payment options:

• Through the “Nova Poshta” mobile app
• Bank transfer (full prepayment)

Delivery time: 1–3 days after order confirmation.

Storage period at “Nova Poshta” parcel lockers: 5 days.

Delivery to a “UkrPoshta” branch

Delivery cost: from 45 UAH

Delivery time: 3–7 days.

Payment options:
